Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the "Tri Tech Learning" platform and our services (courses, webinars, mentoring/coaching sessions, downloadable materials, digital certificates, workshops), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you use the services on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity and accept these terms on its behalf.

Definitions

“Services” means access to our online platform, courses, webinars, workshops, mentoring/coaching sessions, materials, certificates (if available), and related features. “Courses” means on-demand or live instructional content licensed for personal use. “Workshops” and “Webinars” are live scheduled events with limited seats. “Service Tokens” are prepaid credits used to schedule mentoring or coaching sessions. “Account” means the user profile created to access the Services. “Customer” means a user acting outside their trade, business, or profession.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have full legal capacity under applicable law. Minors may use the services only with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian, who enters into the contract and makes any payments.

Accounts and Security

To access services, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out on your account. Account sharing is prohibited; we may suspend or close accounts suspected of shared access or fraud. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

Account Limitations and Bans

We reserve the right to limit functionality, suspend, or permanently ban accounts where users:

  • Breach these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws;
  • Harass, abuse, or disrupt mentors, staff, or other users during courses, mentoring sessions, webinars, or workshops;
  • Tamper with or attempt to circumvent security features, payment systems, or technical protections of the platform;
  • Commit fraud, including false chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity;
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content;
  • Persist in seeking services that are visibly unsuitable due to medical or psychological conditions, or interfere with the safe participation of others;
  • Fail to validate email addresses, refuse to accept mandatory policies, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the platform.

Measures may include temporary restrictions (e.g. disabling chat, restricting purchases) or permanent account termination. We will act proportionately and may provide notice where appropriate. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before suspension, nor legal rights such as GDPR requests or eligible course refunds except in the case of account termination, which makes the refund feature unavailable).

Description of Services and License to Use

We provide online courses (self-paced image, text or video), mentoring/coaching sessions, support materials, quizzes, community features, webinars and paid workshops. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access purchased content for the duration and under the conditions displayed at checkout. You do not acquire intellectual property rights in the content. You are expressly forbidden to copy, distribute, record, scrape, perform automated downloads, or use our content or platform data to train AI models. Any unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent of the rights holders.

Prices, Taxes, Billing and Worldwide Sales

Prices are displayed in EURO currency and may include or exclude VAT as noted at checkout. For EU customers, VAT is calculated under EU place-of-supply rules and may be collected via OSS mechanisms. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, duties, or bank/FX fees which remain the customer’s responsibility. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or obvious pricing errors. By purchasing, you accept electronic invoicing. We reserve the right to change prices or plans; changes do not affect orders already placed.

Withdrawal Rights (EU Consumers) and Refunds

Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if progress is under 25%. No refunds apply after this period.

Workshops and Webinars: Non-refundable once registered due to limited seats and live delivery.

Service Tokens (mentoring/coaching): Non-refundable. You may reschedule a 1-on-1 session up to 72 hours before the scheduled start; otherwise the token is consumed.

Medical Disclaimer

Our services provide educational and informational content. We do not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice and our services are not a substitute for professional care. If you experience panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any acute symptoms, contact emergency services or a licensed health professional immediately. We may refuse or discontinue services where they are inappropriate for safety or ethical reasons.

Acceptable Use

Prohibited actions include unauthorized sharing of content, recording or redistributing courses, bypassing technical protections, uploading illegal content, harassment, hate speech, unauthorized advertising, phishing, malware, scraping or text-mining the platform, and automated access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, questions, or materials, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the duration of rights to reproduce, host, display, and adapt such content for operating and promoting the services. You confirm you hold the rights and that your content does not breach laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, design, and course content remain protected under applicable law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Certificates and Recognition

Certificates of completion (if available) confirm course participation but are not official qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Data Protection and Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Cookie Policy.

Availability and Support

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access quickly. During working hours, we aim to respond to support requests within 30 to 60 minutes. Contact: contact@tritechsoftware.io.

Third-Party Services and Liability

Some features rely on third-party services (payment processors, conference or video call tools, email providers). We are not responsible for outages, acts, or omissions of third parties beyond our control. You should keep backups of your own notes or uploads.

Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event. We are not liable for damages caused intentionally or accidentally.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by "force majeure" events such as natural disasters, wars, governmental actions, or major internet/energy/service provider outages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or legal obligations. You may close your account at any time. Termination of the account results in obfuscation of all personal data. The termination of an account is not reversible. Obligations incurred before termination remain in force.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will announce material changes 15 days in advance by email where feasible, or immediately if required by law or urgent risk. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; otherwise, they fall under the competent Romanian courts. EU consumers may also bring actions in their country of residence under consumer protection laws. Information on the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at the European Commission’s ODR website.

Final Provisions

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remain effective. Non-enforcement of a right does not mean waiver. In case of multiple language versions, the Romanian version prevails unless stated otherwise.
