What is the purpose of the workshops?

Each session is structured around a 50/50 balance: first you are introduced to a concept, then you are guided through one or more exercises that bring it to life. This rhythm of theory followed by practice ensures that you not only understand the ideas but also know how to apply them in your own context. The goal is to leave with practical tools and clear strategies you can use long after the workshop ends.
Will I receive any materials or resources for the workshop?
Yes. Every workshop comes with a dedicated workbook, which you will receive as the session begins. The workbook is an essential companion to the workshop, as it contains the exercises and resources required for the learning process. We design the workshop flow so that you can work directly with this material during the allocated practice times. This allows you to apply the concepts immediately and ask for live support or clarification from the facilitator while you are doing the exercises. By the end, you will leave with a personal record of both the theory and your own applied insights.
How long does each workshop last?
Each workshop runs for approximately 120 minutes. The first 90 minutes are dedicated to exploring theoretical concepts and working through guided exercises that help you apply those ideas in real time. We then reserve the final 30 minutes for open discussion and Q&A, giving you the chance to share insights, raise questions, and receive direct support from the facilitator. This balance ensures you leave with both practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to use them in your own life.

Once logged in, you can select the workshop you’re interested in and complete the registration through immediate payment, which secures your seat. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email right away. As the workshop date approaches, we’ll also send you a secure access link by email, so you can join the session with ease and confidence.
What is your refund policy for workshops?
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. Each seat is limited and reserved specifically for you once payment is completed. Because our workshops are highly interactive and designed to give every participant personal attention during the exercises, we carefully manage the number of attendees. By registering, you occupy one of these seats, which means we cannot reallocate it to someone else. For this reason, we encourage you to register only when you are confident you can attend.
Will there be a replay link after the workshop?
No, we do not provide replay links for workshops. These sessions are designed to be fully live and interactive. You are encouraged to engage, take notes, ask questions, and actively participate in the exercises. The value comes from doing the work together, receiving real-time guidance, and learning in the moment.
